Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW positive crankcase ventilation hose seal ring (1).
  2. Install the positive crankcase ventilation hose (2).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the positive crankcase ventilation hose bolt (3) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the positive crankcase ventilation hose (2) to the positive crankcase ventilation stud (3) and the camshaft cover stud (1). Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
