Installation Procedure

  1. Install the oil level sensor (3).
  2. Install the oil level sensor wiring harness to the lashes in the oil pan (4)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 2 oil level sensor bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the oil level sensor wiring harness plug (1) to the oil pan. Install a NEW seal ring (5)

  5. Install the oil level sensor wiring harness plug clip.
  6. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement (Manual Transmission) Oil Pan Replacement (Automatic Transmission) .
