WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the front and rear side door sill trim plate. Refer to Front and Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement .
1	Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Sensor Fastener Procedure Loosen the fasteners and slide the sensor out of the keyhole slots. The bolts are integral to the sensor assembly, DO NOT remove separately. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2	Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Sensor Procedure Push the inflatable restraint side impact sensor upwards and pull it from the C-pillar.
