Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear window trim panel, as required. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the rear sound barrier, as required. Refer to Sound Barrier Replacement - Rear Seat Back in Interior Trim.
  3. If removing the center retractor, remove the belt bezel from the rear window shelf. Pass the bezel and seat belt through the rear shelf bezel opening.

  4. Remove the rear seat belt retractor bolt.
  5. Remove the rear seat belt retractor from the vehicle.
