Installation Procedure

Install the park brake indicator switch.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the park brake indicator switch screw.
Tighten: Tighten the screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

Install the park brake indicator switch electrical connector.
Install the left-side carpet retainer. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement (Door) or Door Sill Plate Replacement (Sliding Door) in Interior Trim.
Install the left-side instrument panel insulator. Refer to Knee Bolster, Insulator, Molding Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
