Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear auxiliary turn signal lamps. Refer to Rear Auxiliary Turn Signal Lamp Replacement . Remove the rear lid latch. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Latch Replacement . Remove the compartment lid trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Inner Panel Trim Replacement .
1	Rear Compartment Lid Bolts (Qty: 4) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 25 N.m (19 lb ft)
2	Rear Compartment End Tip: Disconnect the electrical connector.

Rear Compartment Lid Bolts (Qty: 4)

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 25 N.m (19 lb ft)

Rear Compartment End
Tip: Disconnect the electrical connector.
