Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement . Remove the mode valve assembly. Refer to Mode Valve Assembly Replacement . Remove the heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
1	Evaporator Case Assembly Screw (Qty: 17) Tip: Remove the heat stakes that secure the HVAC module assembly upper case to the HVAC module lower case using a small chisel. Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
