Installing the component carrier

NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.

- Check centering sleeves (1) in the marked area for damage and replace centering sleeves (1) if necessary.
- Clean sealing surfaces (1) with special tool 0 495 102 (11 4 470)
.
- Replace the sealing ring (1) on the component carrier (2).

- Check sealing rings (1) for damage and replace the coolant lines if necessary.
- Guide in and position component carrier (1).
- Hand-tighten the bolts (1).
- Hand-tighten the bolts (1).
- Tighten down screws (1).

- Tighten down screws (1).

- Insert and install the holder (2).
- Tighten down screw (1).

- Connect and lock the coolant lines (1).
The coolant lines (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the clamp (2).
