Installing air conditioning compressor
- Preparing for the installation of the air-conditioning compressor
- Screw the screws (2) into the threaded support bushings (1) .
- Push back the threaded support bushings (1) with the help of screws (2) slightly in the arrow direction.
- Unscrew the screws (2)
out of the threaded support bushings (1)
.
- Insert and install the air conditioning compressor (2) .
- Tighten the screws (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Air conditioning compressor in component carrier M10 Tightening torque 38 Nm - Replace O-rings.
Parts: O-rings
- Position the refrigerant lines (3) on the air conditioning compressor (4) .
- Tighten the screws (2)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line on air conditioning compressor M8 tightening torque 19 Nm - Connect connectors (1) and lock.
