Installing radiator with the air conditioning condenser

- Position radiator with the air conditioning condenser (1).
- Engage cover on the cooling module below on the retaining lugs (1).
- Tighten down screw (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Tighten down screw (1).

- Connect plug connection (1) and lock.
- Connect the coolant line (2).
- Retaining clip (1) must engage audibly.
- Attach the coolant lines (2).
- The retaining clips on the coolant lines (1) must engage audibly.
Fastening electric coolant pump of return line to holder
- Position electric coolant pump (2).
- Turn electric coolant pump (2) clockwise and engage at snap-in lug (1).
Follow-up work
- Refer to CONNECTING THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINE .
- Refer to FASTENING ELECTRIC COOLANT PUMP OF FEED LINE TO HOLDER .
- Fastening electric coolant pump of returning line to holder.
- Position electric coolant pump (2).
- Turn electric coolant pump (2) clockwise and engage at snap-in lug (1).
- Refer to CONNECTING REFRIGERANT LINES .
- Refer to INSTALLING THE COOLING MODULE COVER .

- Installing the cover panel of the master DME control unit.
- Position the cover of the master DME control unit (1)
- Engage the cover panel of the master DME control unit (1) downwards with the clamps (2) and the guide pins (3) in the carrier plate of the DME.
- Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER PANEL OF THE SLAVE DME CONTROL UNIT .
