Adjusting camber
Precondition
- Vehicle stands on the vehicle lift for wheel alignment with hydraulic jack.
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Through the turning of the eccentric screws (setting of camber and track), the vehicle ride height can change. For the exact setting of the camber and track, the automatic ride height measurement should be activated in the wheel alignment equipment when available.

In adjusting the track, the camber is also changed. The camber must therefore be adjusted first.

Check the alignment of the active cruise control (ACC) after an adjustment on the rear axle that changes the driving axis.

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE CAMBER CONTROL ARM .
- Refer to TENSIONING THE COIL SPRING .
- Refer to RELIEVING TENSIONING ON COIL SPRING .
- Turn eccentric screw (1) and use eccentric (2) to adjust camber to setpoint value.
- Tighten the nut (1) in the NORMAL POSITION .
NOTE:
Counter support the eccentric screw.
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
