Installing the front upper seat belt

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean all belt fittings with microencapsulated male and female threads.
Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength.
The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.

- Carefully insert the front upper seat belt (3) into the body
- The retainer (4) must be positioned as shown.
- Replace the screw (2).

- Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Seat belt retractor to body M10 screw Replace screw Tightening torque 42 Nm - Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Position seat belt guide bracket (4).
- Tighten down screw (3).
- Position the sliding bar (2).
- Tighten down screws (1).
