Remove the central locking switch

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Preliminary work

Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
Refer to REMOVING THE SOUND INSULATION ON THE FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

Disconnect the connector (1).
Release the detents in the marked areas.
Remove central locking button (2) from the door trim panel (3).
