Description of the manual Li parameter setting for ELTEK MultiCharger 750/900/1500
This description refers to the following chargers:

- Step 1: Initial situation
Before intervention in the parameter setting, the device must be disconnected from the battery or the vehicle. In addition the charging procedure on the device must be canceled by pressing the stop button. as otherwise the parameter may be changed. Hence the operating condition 'No BL contact' must de displayed in the display.
- Step 2: Access to device configuration
The device configuration is carried out in the service MENU. The selection is done by pressing the ENTER button. To prevent an incorrect operation, the service menu is protected by a code.
The code must be entered with the arrow buttons and confirmed with the ENTER button. The identification is '0109'.
After correct input one reaches the service menu of the multicharger.
- Step 3: Device configuration
In the 'Adjust voltages' menu all voltage values of the multicharger can be adjusted.
In the submenu item 'Adjust charging voltage 12V' the charging voltage for battery charge is adjusted to 12V.
The following value must be entered for a lithium ion battery:
Charging voltage U = 14.0 V
In the submenu item 'Adjust charging maintenance voltage 12V' the charging maintenance voltage for battery charge is adjusted to 12V.
The following value must be entered for a lithium ion battery:
Maintenance voltage Uehl = 13.6 V
The submenu item 'Quit menu' is used to quit the 'Adjust voltage' menu.
Using the 'Store value' menu item 'Quit menu' returns to the standard display.
The charger is now ready for use on lithium ion batteries.
