- Observe Owner's Manual for vehicle hoist.
- Do not exceed the approved load-carrying capacity and weight distribution of the vehicle lift.
- Depending on the load situation of the vehicle: Perform weight compensation, particularly during removal of heavy components, e.g. engine.
- Make sure the vehicle lift complies with the relevant statutory or country-specific accident prevention provision and is serviced according to the regulations.
- Observe the instructions of the repair instructions when positioning the swivel arms.

Vehicles can be lifted at the jacking points with floor jacks and vehicle lifts.

- Slowly drive onto the ramp of the vehicle lift with running rails.
The lower edge (1) of the bumper cover must not get damaged.
- Slowly drive onto the running rails of the vehicle lift.
The lower edge (1) of the rocker panel cover must not get damaged.
- Drive the vehicle onto the running rails of the vehicle lift so that it is centered and park it.
- Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling.
- Raise vehicle.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Rubber blocks must be paced under the jacking points when lifting vehicles with vehicle lifts with rails and secondary stroke. - Position the rubber block (2) under the jacking point (1). Make sure not to damage adjacent components.
- Lift the vehicle using the secondary lift on the vehicle lift with running rails.
