It is imperative to ensure that there is no air in the hose when topping up a defined (measured) oil quantity.

- Special tool 2 460 340 use for filling.
- When filling a defined (measured) quantity of oil, first fill the hose (1) with oil. To do this, attach an adapter (2).

- Loosen the screw plug (1).
- Check the oil level. The oil level in the rear axle gearbox is set correctly if some oil escapes at the opening of the screw plug.
- Top up with rear axle gear oil if necessary.
Full-size rear axle transmission oil with rear axle transmission lock Shake (mix) before use. 215LWS 1.0 l 225ALS 1.0 l 225M 1.0 l 235M 1.4 l - Replace the screw plug (1).
