Remove lumbar support on front seat

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING DRIVER'S SEAT .
- Refer to FOR CONTINUING WORK ON THE FRONT SEAT: MOUNT THE FRONT SEAT ON THE UNIVERSAL SEAT MOUNT AND CONNECT WITH THE WIRING HARNESS IF NECESSARY .
- Refer to REMOVING THE REAR PANEL ON THE FRONT SEAT BACKREST .
- Refer to REMOVING THE HEAD RESTRAINT .
- Refer to REMOVING OUTER COVER ON FRONT SEAT .
- Refer to REMOVING INNER COVER FROM THE FRONT SEAT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE BACKREST COVER WITH THE CUSHION .
- Refer to REMOVING THE DRIVE MOTOR FOR THE HEADREST HEIGHT ADJUSTER .
Precondition
The lumbar support and backrest adjustment are completely pressure-free.
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Release the screws (1) and guide out the air cushion of the left/right backrest adjustment.
- Disconnect the plug connections (2) and unclip the existing cable clip.
- Unclip the lumbar support (1) at the clips (3) and guide out the retaining tabs.
- Carefully guide out the lumbar support (1) to the side, complete with the pump unit and valve manifold.
