Removing the backrest cover with the cushion

Unclip the edge stripping (1) in the marked area with a suitable tool.
Carefully detach the seat cover (2) from the backrest frame at all other attachment points.

- Remove side airbag
Loosen nuts (1) .

Carefully fold out the side airbag (2) from the cushion (3) .
Carefully guide out the side airbag (2) from the pocket in the cover (4) .
Ensure that the stud bolts of the side airbag (2) do not damage the pocket in the cover (4) .
Unlock and disconnect the plug connection (1) (observe additional information).

Carefully detach seat cover with cushion (1) from seat frame (2) .
Unlock any existing plug connections and disconnect them.
