Installing the servomotor for the eccentric shaft

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses .
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions .

Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.

Replace gasket (1).
Parts: Seal

Press the seal (1) up to the limit position on the housing.

Grease the gearing (1) of the servomotor for the eccentric shaft (2) in the marked area.
Parts: lubric. grease
CONSUMABLE DESCRIPTION

Lubricating grease Longtime PD-1 400 g, Cartridge 83192160340

Clean sealing surface (1).

Insert the servomotor (1) to the gearing on the cylinder head.
Turn the drive shaft of the servomotor (1) using a conventional tool (2) in the arrow direction until the servomotor (1) is flush with the cylinder head.

Tighten screws (1) using standard tools (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Servomotor for the eccentric shaft to cylinder head
M6 x 16	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect and lock the tank vent line (2).
The tank vent line (2) must engage audibly.
Connect connector (1) and lock it.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

Ensure that locks (1) engage audibly.
