- Mark and make the separating cuts on the new part in accordance with the separating cuts on the vehicle.
- Prepare reinforcement plates at the separating cuts (bonded and welded).
- Adjust new part to fit and secure.
- Areas (1) and (2): Drill ø 4.2 mm holes for blind rivets.
Area Number 1 6 2 2 - Areas (1) to (3): Drill ø 4.2 mm holes for blind rivets.
Area Number 1 4 2 2 3 1 - In areas (1), set 3 holes with diameter 4.2 mm for blind rivets.
- Remove new part and deburr bores.
- Prepare remaining areas for bonded rivet connections with punch rivets.
