Installing The Left Front Side Panel

• Open the front door.
• Guide the side panel in the area of the headlight from the rear to the front on the vehicle (1). Carry out the step with a second person.
• In the process, position the guide (2) of the side panel on the headlight (3).
• Clip side panel in the area of the A-pillar downwards (4) into locks (5).
• Position side panel in the area of the A-pillar (6).
• Replace all bolts.

• Screw in all screws of the side panel until the side panel can just barely be shifted.
  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  The gap dimensions form the basis for these repair instructions and must be observed without fail.
  For additional information see: BODY DIMENSIONS .
• Adjust gap dimensions.
• Tighten down screws (1).

  M6 screw Renew screw.	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Pull sealing (1) downwards a bit.
• Tighten down screw (2).

• Move the seal (1) into the installation position.
• Close front door.
• Tighten down screws (1).

• Tighten down screw (1).

• Tighten screws (1) for the rocker panel cover (2).
