Remounting LED module for daytime running lights

Electrostatic discharge.
Damage to or destruction of electrical components.

Leave the electrical components in their original packaging until they are being installed. Only use the original packaging for returning the product. Always package removed components straight away.
Read and comply with user information on using the associated special tool 12 7 060.
Only tap the housings of electrical components. Do not tap pins or multi-pin connectors directly.
Wear electrically conductive clothing and antistatic shoes (with ESD symbol).

Remove the LED module for the daytime running lights

Loosen screws (1).
Pull LED module (2) out of headlight.

Unlock connector (1) at LED module (2) and disconnect it.
Remove the LED module (2).

Install the LED module for the daytime running lights
Check the seal (1) on the LED module (2) for damage and replace as needed.

Connect connector (1) to LED module (2).

Position the LED module (2) in the headlight.
Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Screw	tightening torque	1.5 Nm
