Remove steering column adjustment switch

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING STEERING COLUMN SHROUD UPPER SECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING LOWERING PART OF STEERING COLUMN SHROUD .
- Release detents (arrows).
- Push the steering column adjustment switch (1) out of the steering column shroud (2).
