51 32 211 Replacing Rubber Guide For Front Left Or Right Door Window Glass (Coupe)

Remove rearview mirror from front door, refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING MIRROR ON LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR (COUPE) .
Remove front door window glass, refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT DOOR WINDOW (COUPE, CONVERTIBLE) .
Remove outer cavity strip, refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING WINDOW CAVITY COVER STRIP ON OUTSIDE OF LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR .
Release rivet (1).
Pull rubber guide (2) completely out of front door.
Installation:
- Prior to installation, coat rubber guide (2) with soapy solution (washing-up liquid).
Insert rubber guide at front/bottom into window guide rail (3).
Installation:
- Bores (1) in rubber guide (2) must not be damaged.
