Remove the tail light on the right side panel
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR COVERING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE LOADING EDGE TRIM .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM PANEL ON THE RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM OF THE RIGHT WATER CHANNEL .
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Removing the tail light on the side panel
- Release nut (1).
- Release nuts (1).
- Feed out the tail light (2) in the arrow direction.
- Remove the wiring harness with the holder (1).

- Unlock plug connection (2) and disconnect.
- Remove tail light (3).
