Replacing the rubber mount for the camber control arm in the rear axle support

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT WHEEL .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR WHEEL ARCH COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SHOCK ABSORBER .

- Refer to RELEASING CAMBER CONTROL ARM FROM THE REAR AXLE SUPPORT .
NOTE:
Description is for right component only. The procedure on the left side is identical.
- Pull out the rubber mount from the rear axle support using special tools 0 494 981 (33 4 465), 0 494 982 (33 4 466), 0 494 979 (33 4 463), 0 494 980 (33 4 464) and 0 494 978 (33 4 462).
- Replace the rubber mount.
Parts: Rubber mount
- Tighten the rubber mount using special tools 0 495 042 (33 4 455), 0 495 043 (33 4 456), 0 495 039 (33 4 452) and 0 495 038 (33 4 451).
- Align the rubber mount (1) with the slits of screw connection (2).

- Pull in the rubber mount (1) using special tools 0 494 981 (33 4 465), 0 494 982 (33 4 466), 2 361 891 and 2 361 896 by approx. 1 cm into the rear axle support.
- Release and remove the special tool 0 494 928 (33 4 450).
- Pull the rubber mount (1) using special tools 0 494 981 (33 4 465), 0 494 982 (33 4 466), 2 361 891 and 2 361 896 up to the stop in the rear axle support.
