Installing the hydraulic unit

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Maintain conditions of absolute cleanliness

Position hydraulic unit (1)

Replace nuts
Parts: Nuts
Install the nuts (1) and tighten

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Hydraulic unit to pedal bracket Replace nuts
M8 1x retightening at hydraulic unit after 10 min	tightening torque	22 Nm

Lock brake pedal (1) in place in the arrow direction with the brake booster
Ensure that the brake pedal is completely locked with the brake booster!

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Do not interchange brake lines. Mark the brake lines before disassembly (for example, VL/VR/HR/HL)
Do not bend brake lines
Close off connecting bores with seal plugs

Fit brake lines (1) and tighten

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Brake pipe screw connection/Union screws
	tightening torque	17 Nm
