Installing transmission oil thermostat

Replace the O-rings (3) for the transmission oil lines to the transmission cooler (1).

Replace the O-rings (3) for the transmission oil lines to the transmission (2).

Position the transmission oil thermostat.
Position the transmission oil cooler feed line (2).
Position the transmission oil cooler return line (3).
Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Transmission oil lines
M6x25 screw	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Push aside the engine oil cooler supply line in area (1).

Position the transmission oil cooler return line (2).
Position the transmission oil cooler feed line (3).
Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

M6x25 screw	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Clip the transmission oil thermostat (1) into the decoupling elements (2) to the bottom.

Installing the cover panel of the master DME control unit.

- Position the cover of the master DME control unit (1)
- Engage the cover panel of the master DME control unit (1) downwards with the clamps (2) and the guide pins (3) in the carrier plate of the DME.
