Installing the coolant ventilation line

• Thread in the coolant ventilation line and position.
• Connect and lock the coolant ventilation line on the clutch (2)  .
• The retaining clip must engage audibly.
• Fasten the coolant ventilation line in the holders in the area (1)  .

• Push aside the wiring harness in area (1)  .

• Slide on the coolant ventilation line (2)  .
• Tighten the hose clamp (1)  .

  • Position the clean air pipe of cylinder bank 1 (2) in direction of arrow and slide it on

  The retaining clip (1) must engage audibly.

  • Position the cover of the master DME control unit (1)
  • Engage the cover panel of the master DME control unit (1) downwards with the clamps (2) and the guide pins (3) in the carrier plate of the DME.
• Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER PANEL OF THE SLAVE DME CONTROL UNIT .
• Refer to CHECKING THE COOLANT LEVEL IN THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT AND ADDING .
