Lower headlining (with sliding/tilting sunroof) on the left or right

Fold the headlining.
Damage to the headlining. If necessary, the headlining must be replaced.

- Carry out tasks with a second person to assist.
- Support the headlining at the front and back.

- Release screws (1)

- Loosen screw (1) .
- Unclip the headlining on the clips (2)
onwards.
- Unclip headlining (1) downwards from clips (2) .
- Carefully unclip headlining (1)
from the sliding/tilting sunroof case and clamps and the clamps (3) in the area of the dotted line.NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Guide out the headlining at the respective edge protection.
- Lower the headlining and place it onto the head restraints as shown.
