Removing and installing/replacing side cover on center console (330i xDrive Wagon, 328d xDrive Wagon, 330i GT xDrive, 340i GT xDrive)

Special tools required:
- 00 9 325
When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged (e.g. by sharp-edged tools).
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove DECORATIVE TRIM on center console.
Release cover (1) with special tool 00 9 325 from clamps (2 and 3).
Remove cover (1) inwards.
Installation note:
Replace faulty clamps (2 and 3).
Fixtures for clamps (2 and 3) on cover (1) must not be missing or damaged.
