Installing C-pillar trim panel

- Before working on the airbag, disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
- Airbag unit may only be set down with the cushion (airbag itself) facing upwards.

- All work on pyrotechnic parts may be carried out by technically experienced and appropriately trained personnel only.
- Replace any damaged part or ones that have been dropped.

- Check clip (1)
for damage and, if necessary, replace it.
- Feed in and position the C-pillar trim panel (4) correctly.
- Install the expanding rivet (3) .
- Tighten down screw (2) .

- Mount the cover (1) .
