Installing air conditioning condenser
- Make sure the air conditioning condenser (1) at bottom is fed into the rubber mounts (2) correctly.
- Slide the coolant hose (3) slightly to the side.
- Feed in the air conditioning condenser (4) from above and position it correctly.
- Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Air conditioning condenser holder on body Nut M6 tightening torque 8 Nm M6 screw tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect and lock coolant hoses (1).
- Replace O-rings.
Parts: O-rings
- Feed in the refrigerant lines (3) under the coolant hose (4).
- Position the refrigerant lines (3) and tighten the screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Refrigerant lines to air conditioning condenser/connecting piece M6 tightening torque 13 Nm - Clip in the hose support (1).

- Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT TOP LEFT , and INSTALLING THE COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ON THE TOP RIGHT .
- Refer to EVACUATE AND CHARGE CONDITIONING .
- Refer to CONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
- Refer to FILLING AND VENTING THE LOW-TEMPERATURE COOLANT CIRCUIT .
