- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
Preliminary work
- Refer to SUCTION THE AIR CONDITIONING .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT ORNAMENTAL GRILLE .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT WHEEL ARCH TRIM .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT SECTION OF THE FRONT WHEEL ARCH COVER ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT BUMPER COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING SEAL FOR FRONT BONNET .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TOP LEFT COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT , and REMOVING THE TOP RIGHT COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TENSION STRUT AT THE SHOCK TOWER ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .

- Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when disconnecting the refrigerant line.
- Close the refrigerant lines with seal plugs.
- Unlock the lock (1).
- Remove the cover panel (2) above on the cooling module.
- Unlock the lock (1) on the right on the radiator of the low-temperature coolant circuit.
- Unlock the lock (1) on the left on the radiator of the low-temperature coolant circuit.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Take off refrigerant line (2).
- Push the low-temperature coolant radiator (1) forwards a little as shown.
- Unlock the locks (2) on the air conditioning condenser (3).
- Push the air conditioning condenser (3) forwards a little.
- Feed the air conditioning condenser (3) out to the top and remove.
