Removing the convertible top latch

Precondition 

• Battery charger connected.

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING CONVERTIBLE TOP BOW, FRONT .

• Release the blind rivet (1).
• Release the Hall effect sensor (2) at the cable brackets (3) and remove it.
• Slightly raise the retaining clip (4) and unclip the ball head (5).

• Release nuts (1).
• Remove the convertible top latch (2).
