NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses .
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions .

- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (1) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (5) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
The locks (4) must engage audibly.
- Tighten down screw (3).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Connect the connectors (2) and (1) and lock.
The connector (2) and (1) must engage audibly.
- Attach the tank vent line (2) and the coolant ventilation line (1) in the holders (arrows).
- Connect all connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure clamp (arrow).
- Feed in and position auxiliary coolant pump (4).
- Feed in and position retaining bracket (3).
- Tighten nut (2).

- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (2) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Connect all connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and (2) lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in the connector (1) and (2) in arrow direction at the carrier plate (3) and install it.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (2) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Connect all connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure clamp (arrow).
- Connect connectors (1) and (2) lock.
Connectors (1) and (2) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install the holder (1).
- Attach holder (1) to ball pivot (2).
- Guide in the wiring harness section (1) and install.
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install the wiring harness section (2).
The lock (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in the plug connection (1) in arrow direction at the holder (2) and install it.
- Tighten the screws (1).

- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

- Secure clamp (arrow).
- Guide in the wiring harness section (1) and install.
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Connect the cable clip (1) with the control unit holder (2) and lock it.
The lock (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Feed in all the connectors (2) and install them.
The locks (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect all connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect the connector (3) with the oxygen sensor monitor and lock it.
The connector (3) must engage audibly.
- Connect the connector (1) with the control valve (2) for the piston cooling and lock it.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
