Removing the A-pillar trim panel

NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE VANITY MIRROR LIGHT AT THE FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COUNTER SUPPORT FOR THE SUN VISOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE ROOF FUNCTION CENTER (FZD) .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TOP WINDSHIELD PANEL TRIM (BOTTOM PART) .
- Using a suitable tool, detach A-pillar trim panel (1) from the clips (2) and remove it upwards.
- If necessary, unlock and disconnect the plug connection.
