Replacing the tweeter on the mirror triangle
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
- Remove the mirror triangle cover.
- Remove the foam material (4) from the trim (3) .
- Release the tweeter (2)
from the detents (1)
.
- Replace tweeter on the mirror triangle.
Parts: Tweeter on the mirror triangle
- Snap the tweeter (2) into the locks (1) .
- Insert foam material (4) into the trim (3) .
- Insert the cable of the tweeter (2)
into the foam material (4)

Follow-up work
- Install the mirror triangle cover.
- Refer to INSTALLING THE FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
