Removing all the engine ventilation lines
Precondition
- Ignition is switched off.

- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.

- Conduct all work in the vehicle wearing appropriate personal protective equipment only.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE ACOUSTIC COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING BOTH INTAKE FILTER HOUSINGS .
- Refer to REMOVING THE RIGHT INTAKE SILENCER BRACKET .
- Refer to REMOVING THE LEFT INTAKE SILENCER BRACKET .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SOUND INSULATION OF INJECTORS ON LEFT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SOUND INSULATION OF INJECTORS ON RIGHT .
- Release the screws (1) on the engine ventilation line (2).
- Unlock the retaining clip (1) upwards using a suitable screwdriver.
- Slide engine ventilation line (2) downwards to the side.
- Feed out the engine ventilation line (2) and remove.
- Remove retaining clip (1).
- Feed out and remove the intake pipe (2).
- Unclip the intake pipe (1) in the area (2) from the holder.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Unlock the retaining clips (1) in an upward direction, using a suitable screwdriver.
- Remove the intake pipe (2) in an upwards direction.
- Feed out and remove the engine ventilation line (3) to the back.
