Install left tank vent valve

Guide the tank vent valve (2) in to the mount and install.
Connect and lock tank vent line (3).
The tank vent line (3) must engage audibly.
Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

Connect tank vent line (1) to the left intake plenum under the throttle body and lock.
The tank vent line (1) must engage audibly.

NOTE: For a better overview the removed condition is shown here.
Fit drive belt (1) on the air conditioning compressor.
Check that the drive belt (1) is seated correctly.

Maintain the preload of the belt tensioner (1) using a suitable socket wrench (3).
Remove the special tool 0 496 268 (11 0 390) (2) from the belt tensioner.

Loosen the belt tensioner (2) counterclockwise using a suitable socket wrench (1).
