Install front brake hose

• Attach brake hose to the holder (1)  .

  Observe installation sequence:

  • Secure brake hose in the holders.
  • Move wheels into straight-ahead position.
  • Screw brake hose onto the connection between pipe and brake hose.
  • Screw brake hose on brake caliper.

• Position and tighten the union screw (2)  . If necessary, use the square end (3)  for counter support.
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Brake pipe screw connection/Union screws
  tightening torque	17 Nm

• Position and tighten the brake hose (1)  on the brake caliper and use the knurling (2)  for counter support as needed.
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Brake hose to brake caliper, front
  tightening torque	17 Nm

• Attach brake hose to the holder (3)  .
