Installing C-pillar trim panel

NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Guide in the C-pillar trim panel (2) and install.
- Put a drop of screw locking agent on the thread of each nut before screwing.
ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONS
| Screw lock Loctite Stick 243, medium strength | 10 ml, Bottle | 83192210339 |
- Tighten nuts (3) and (4).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
| C-pillar trim panel to body | ||

| Nut M6 | tightening torque | 5.0 Nm |
- Put a drop of screw locking agent on the screw thread before screwing.
ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONS
| Screw lock Loctite Stick 243, medium strength | 10 ml, Bottle | 83192210339 |
- Tighten screw and mount cover (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Before performing any work on the airbag, always disconnect the battery ground lead from the battery.
- Airbag unit may only be set down with the cushion (airbag itself) facing upwards.

- Tighten down screw (4).
