Remove left output shaft

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT LEFT WHEEL .
- Refer to LOOSENING THE OUTPUT SHAFT FROM THE WHEEL BEARING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE STEERING ASSEMBLY .
- Refer to RELEASING THE BRAKE HOSE AND CABLE .
- Refer to DETACHING THE UPPER WISHBONE FROM THE SWIVEL BEARING .
- Refer to SECURING THE SWIVEL BEARING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SPRING STRUT HOLDER .
- Refer to REMOVE THRUST FIELD .
- Position the aluminum drift (1) on the output shaft (2).
- Knock out the output shaft (2) from the front axle transmission with an aluminum mandrel (1).
- Release swivel bearing (1) out of special tool 2 413 317 on the upper wishbone
.
Do not allow swivel bearing (1) to hang down from the brake hose.
- Guide out the output shaft (1) in the arrow direction and remove.
Secure the swivel bearing
- Fasten the swivel bearing (1) by using the special tool 2 413 317 to protect it from tilting outwards.
Swivel bearing (1) must not hang down from the brake hose.
