Remove the bumper cover lower section

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING FRONT ORNAMENTAL GRILLE .
• Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE LEFT AND FRONT RIGHT WHEEL ARCH TRIM .
• Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT SECTIONS OF BOTH WHEEL ARCH COVERS AT THE FRONT .
• Refer to REMOVING FRONT BUMPER COVER .
• Refer to REMOVING THE ORNAMENTAL GRILLE OF THE FRONT BUMPER COVER .
• Refer to REMOVING THE NUMBER PLATE BASEPLATE FOR THE FRONT LICENSE PLATE .

• Disconnect the connector (1).

• Loosen screws (1).
• Release and remove bumper cover lower section (2) from the detents.

• Slightly spread detents (1) and remove the ultrasonic sensors (2).

• Unclip cover (1) of the towing eye from the detents (2) and (3).
• Thread out the tether and remove the cover (1) of the towing eye.
