Installing the positive battery cable from the starter motor to the auxiliary terminal for jump starting
Positive battery cable from the starter motor to the remote positive terminal
CAUTION:
Improper routing of the positive battery cable.
Risk of short circuits!

- Route the positive battery cable without abrasions and do not trap.
- Insert and install the positive battery cable (1)
.
- Guide positive battery cable (3) into the holder (arrow).
- Guide positive battery cable (3) into the starter motor.
- Hand-tighten the nut (2) .
- Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

- Attach the positive battery cable (1) correctly to anti-twist lock (2) .
- Tighten nut (3) .
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Feed the positive battery cable (1) into the holder (arrows) and install it.
- Install the retaining plate (2) .
- Replace nuts (1)

- Feed the positive battery cable (1)
into the holder (arrow) and install it.
- Feed the positive battery cable (2) into the holder (arrows) and install it.
- Tighten nut (1) .
