Install catalytic converter

Replace seal (1) on catalytic converter.
Parts : Gasket

Replace the V-ribbon clip (1).
Parts : V-band clamp

Feed in and install catalytic converter (3).
Feed in and install the new V-ribbon clip (2).
Hand-tighten the bolt (1).

Insert and install the holder (4).

Tighten down screws (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Holder, catalytic conv. to transmission
M12x100	Tightening torque	66 Nm

Tighten nut (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Catalytic converter/Petrol particulate filter to holder
M8x20/M8 nut Replace screw/nut.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

Tighten down screw (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Catalytic converter/Petrol particulate filter to holder
M8x20/M8 nut Replace screw/nut.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

Feed in the positive battery cable (1) and attach to clamps (2).

Tighten the screw (1) on the V-ribbon clip.

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Catalytic converter/petrol particulate filter to exhaust turbocharger
V-band clamp Replace V-band clamp.	Tightening torque	13 Nm

If installed: Installing differential pressure sensor

Installing differential pressure sensor

Tighten nut (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Differential pressure sensor to holder
Hexagon nut M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Replace pressure hose (2)
Parts : Pressure hose
Connect the pressure hose (2) to the differential pressure sensor (4) in the direction of the arrow until the stop.
Connect and lock the connector (1).
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
