Installing the roof rails
NOTE:

- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Check the seals and the threaded bolts at the roof rails for damage; if necessary, replace them.
The seals and the threaded bolts may not be damaged or missing.
- Install the roof rail and correctly position it.
- Replace nuts (1)
.

- Tighten nuts (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Roof rails on roof Nut, self-locking Replace nuts Tightening torque 21 Nm
