Remove the armrest from the door trim panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING COVER ON DOOR HANDLE .
• Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

• Drill out or grind down all marked spot-welds (arrows).
• Remove the armrest together with the handle.

• Loosen screw (1).
• Detach the armrest (2) from the handle (3).
