Install the headlining (with sliding/tilting sunroof)

Precondition 

Sliding/tilting sunroof is open.

Seat surfaces of the front seats are moved to the rear and down as far as possible.

Backrests of the front seats are folded back as far as possible.

• Check clips (2)  and replace if necessary.

  The clips must not be damaged or missing.

• Position headlining (1)  correctly with an support person and clip into the clips (2)  . Ensure a correct fit in the process.
• Feed in the headlining (1)  on the relative edge protection.

  The clips must not be damaged or missing.

• Clip the headlining in the clips (1)  .

• Equipment specification with rear air conditioning/vanity mirror at the rear: 

  Tighten screws (1)  left and right.

  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Headlining
  	tightening torque	1.4 Nm

• Tighten the screws (1)  .

• Install trim (1)  and clip into the clips (2)  .
