Replacing the trim of the start-stop button
Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
- Refer to REMOVING THE CENTER ARMREST STORAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM .
- Refer to REMOVING THE CENTER CONSOLE TRIM .
- Refer to REMOVING THE OPERATING FACILITY IN THE CENTER CONSOLE .
- Refer to REMOVING THE IDRIVE CONTROLLER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE HDC BUTTON/TRIM .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SELECTOR LEVER .
- Refer to REMOVING TRIM PANELS ON THE OPERATING FACILITY IN THE CENTER CONSOLE .

- Protect surfaces from damage.
- Release all detents (1) and remove the trim from the start-stop button (2) .
- Replace the start-stop button trim.

- Protect surfaces from damage.
- Position trim (2)
on the start-stop button and engage it.
All retaining lugs (1) must audibly snap into place.
